This set of operational guidelines for the brand customer reward initiative officially takes effect starting December 16, 2025. The long-term customer reward initiative launched by BRUNT Workwear is designed to offer regular shoppers exclusive practical perks, brand free gear, and member-only shopping advantages throughout their daily purchasing journey. All behavioral rules, service standards, membership rules, right constraints and responsibility arrangements related to joining and using the customer reward system are fully covered within these unified standardized clauses. Once users complete account registration, activate member identity, start accumulating reward points, or redeem any member exclusive benefits in the system, it will be automatically regarded that the user has fully read, clearly understood, and unconditionally accepted all the binding content of the loyalty program rules, while also agreeing to abide by all the basic website usage regulations and daily user data protection management policies formulated by BRUNT Workwear. All participants are strongly advised to carefully go through every detailed rule item to fully understand their corresponding member rights and behavioral obligations before officially activating the membership qualification.

Only natural persons who hold formal legal resident status within all regions of the United States and have reached the local legal adult age standard can apply to join the brand loyalty reward system. In addition, every applicant must successfully complete real-name account registration and own a valid normal shopping account officially certified by BRUNT Workwear platform. In any areas where local administrative laws, industry regulatory policies or regional management regulations explicitly prohibit the operation of commercial member reward activities, all membership application qualifications and subsequent reward enjoying rights will be automatically invalidated. Users who intend to become program members only need to complete the official account registration process on the brand’s official shopping platform and voluntarily recognize all the loyalty program management rules listed in the document. The platform strictly implements a one-person-one-account management mechanism, and the same individual is not allowed to register multiple duplicate member accounts to brush points, gather benefits or maliciously occupy reward resources. The brand operation team retains full independent assessment authority, and can reasonably reject the membership application requests of any user who has abnormal operation records, bad credit records or incomplete identity information without additional explanation.

After successfully activating the member identity, all formal participants can continuously accumulate exclusive reward points through two core ways, including completing formal qualified commodity consumption orders on the official brand shopping channel and actively participating in various official member interaction tasks regularly launched by the brand side. The specific point conversion standard corresponding to actual consumption amount and the detailed task list of daily interactive point gaining behaviors will be uniformly displayed on the fixed member activity page of the platform, and the brand can appropriately adjust the point calculation ratio and task reward intensity according to actual operation needs in different seasons. All valid consumption statistical benchmarks only calculate the actual payment amount of qualified physical workwear products, and all additional generated taxes, logistics distribution freight, platform exclusive discount deduction amounts, after-sales full order return amounts and independent gift card recharge payment amounts will not be included in the point accumulation scope. The brand team has the final independent judgment right to screen effective qualified orders and dynamically adjust the identification standards of point-winning orders according to business development needs. From time to time, the brand will launch limited-time point doubling activities, new member exclusive point welfare, festival extra bonus point plans and other preferential activities, and all temporary extra point gaining channels will follow the independent supplementary activity rules announced on site. All reward points accumulated by members in the system do not have any real cash monetary value, cannot be independently transferred, gifted, sold or exchanged between different user accounts, and only belong to exclusive usable welfare privileges of the bound account, which cannot be converted into cash balance or platform credit quota in any form.

All valid reward points saved in the personal member background can be exchanged by users for multiple types of practical benefits launched by the brand, including shopping exclusive discount coupons, limited customized peripheral gear, member priority service qualifications and other exclusive practical rewards. The whole point exchange operation process is completed independently by users in the personal member center or official order settlement page, and the platform will clearly mark all exchange entrance paths, minimum point exchange thresholds and upper limit rules of single exchange times. All loyalty program exclusive benefits can only be used and activated together with valid formal shopping orders, and cannot be used alone in a separated manner. All kinds of physical gifts and electronic discount coupons provided in the reward library are limited by real-time inventory quantity and activity cycle. The brand can adjust, replace newly upgraded reward gifts or directly stop certain unpopular benefit projects at any time according to inventory changes and user preference feedback, without prior notification to individual members. All redeemed member rewards still do not support cash refund, cash exchange and secondary transfer to others after successful activation.

The platform implements a clear point valid period management mechanism for all member reward data. If a member’s account does not generate any effective active operation behavior within twelve consecutive full months, all unused accumulated reward points in the background will automatically expire and be cleared by the system. The effective active behaviors that can reset the point valid period include completing real commodity consumption to generate new points, participating in official interactive tasks to receive welfare points and other daily normal member operation behaviors that meet the platform standards. The brand will always display the latest point valid period calculation rules and account activity judgment standards in a prominent position of the member interface for all users to check at any time.

BRUNT Workwear reserves complete operational management rights for the whole customer loyalty reward system. The brand can appropriately optimize activity rules, suspend partial member welfare functions, temporarily close point accumulation channels or completely shut down the whole loyalty program according to brand development planning, platform system maintenance, market environment changes and other objective factors at any time. Even if the policy adjustment behavior affects the normal use of points already accumulated by members or the subsequent exchange of reserved rewards, the brand will not bear any economic compensation liability. When major rule adjustments or program function changes are involved, the operation team will issue official reminder notices through platform station messages and unified public page announcements to ensure that members can fully know the relevant changes in a timely manner.
